Anna brings 2 years of experience in the environmental consulting field to Moran Consultants, specializing in commercial Phase I ESAs, commercial PCAs, mold assessments, and air quality surveys. At Moran Consultants, she performs Phase I ESAs, PCAs, and CNAs for commercial and multi-family properties. Anna has successfully contributed to forming a Phase I ESA report template and assisting with the growth of the environmental side of the due diligence department. She is known for her technical writing skills, southern charm, detailed assessments, and passion for the environment. Prior to joining Moran Consultants, Anna worked at a civil engineering and environmental firm, which have all helped her in becoming a skilled and valuable employee in the field today.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys long distance backpacking, hiking, sourdough baking, cooking, gaming, foraging for plants and fungi, and spending time with her friends and family. She is passionate about environmental conservation and the protection of public lands. In her spare time, Anna can often be found hiking, gaming, or trying new food. Additionally, she loves spending time mastering her sourdough baking skills and maintaining her sourdough starter at home and spreading the word on how beneficial wild yeast is for the human body.
