West Virginia Park Apartments is a 204-unit affordable housing community located in southwest Dallas, Texas. The property consists of townhome-style one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and includes community amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, playgrounds, and other shared resident spaces.
The project involved a comprehensive renovation and preservation effort aimed at extending the long-term viability of the property while improving the quality of life for residents. Upgrades included interior unit renovations, modernization of building systems, and enhancements to community amenities and site features.
