This Historic Tax Credit project consists of the restoration and renovation of The Central Station Hotel in downtown Memphis. Originally built in 1914 as a train terminal, this 121,000 SF property was transformed into a 123 room Curio Collection by Hilton featuring a 20th-century design. Inside this historic masterpiece, one can find a grand hall for events showcasing 33-ft ceilings and grandiose chandeliers. A Listening Lounge with a 30-ft wall covered with vinyl to pay homage to the City of Blues can be found along with a roof-top terrace on the 4th floor, administrative spaces, and a train museum.
