The original 33,944 SF Carnegie Library, constructed in 1904, served the City of Binghamton, NY for 96 years. The building has now been converted to SUNY Broome Community College’s Culinary Arts and Event Center. Through the utilization of the Historic Tax Credit, the building has been restored to its original splendor while serving its new use through the installation of state-of-the-art kitchens, high-tech classrooms, and mixology labs.
