Sugar Creek Apartments

Charlotte, NC

Located in Charlotte, NC is the LIHTC community of Sugar Creek. This ground-up construction consisted of 8, 3-story buildings totaling 180 units and 251,472 GSF. A playground was also built along with a 282 space parking lot.
