Upper Deerfield Township, NJ

Moran Consultants served as the Owner’s Representative for Sika on the development of a new 250,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art mortar production plant, designed to expand Sika’s manufacturing capacity in the Northeastern United States. This facility will support a range of high-performance mortar products used across the construction industry and is anticipated to be fully operational in late 2025.
