Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Materra is a neighborhood development that hosts an array of amenities and lifestyle enhancements. The multi-phase, residential development will consist of neighborhood homes, cottages, townhomes, and multi-family buildings. A town center will also be developed with retail and dining options in a later phase. The first phase of this project includes the construction of 148 single-family homes on +/- 32 acres.
