Heritage Pointe Senior Apartments in Austin is a 240-unit affordable housing community serving households earning between 30% and 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). The project included comprehensive residential upgrades featuring renovated kitchens and bathrooms, new fixtures, and energy-efficient appliances and lighting throughout the property. Additional improvements included replacement of all hot water heaters and split HVAC systems with modern, energy-efficient models to reduce overall utility consumption. Community amenities were also modernized through upgrades to shared gathering areas, playgrounds, pool facilities, and fitness spaces, enhancing both resident experience and long-term property performance.
