The Dew Drop Inn is a historic redevelopment project in New Orleans that restored one of the city’s most iconic music landmarks into a boutique hospitality and entertainment destination featuring 17 hotel guest rooms. The adaptive reuse project preserved the character of the original structure while modernizing the property to support contemporary hospitality operations.
The renovated complex includes a live music venue, bar and lounge areas, restaurant space, and an outdoor courtyard with a pool and patio, creating a vibrant destination for both hotel guests and visitors. The project carefully integrated modern building systems and guest amenities while maintaining the historic scale and cultural identity of the original property.
Moran Consultants provided Construction Loan Monitoring and Owner’s Representation services, supporting the redevelopment team throughout construction to help manage project risk, monitor progress, and assist in the successful restoration of this culturally significant New Orleans landmark.
