Bottle Art Lofts

Lafayette, LA

Bottle Art Lofts involved the transformation of a historic Coca-Cola Bottling plant and adjacent warehouse into a 40-unit LIHTC community. Originally constructed in 1936 as one of the first Coca-Cola plants in Louisiana, the facility was redesigned with an artistic focus. Prioritizing their leasing to local artists, the community encompasses an art studio, picnic area, and a community garden space.
