Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is Blu on the Boulevard. The multi-family development consists of 18-buildings totaling 352-units, a clubhouse, gym, and (2) pools. The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovation of all buildings as well as the installation of interior and exterior finishes.
Our Owner’s Representation Team is able to provide the following services:
– Daily on-site presence
– Photo documentation of progress
– Review and approval of change orders
– Facilitate all communication precision on the owner’s behalf with the design team, contractors, property manager, etc.
