The project consists of a five-story, 321,000 SF office building and a 7-level, 428,000 SF parking garage. The office building is constructed of concrete tilt wall panels and glazed aluminum curtain wall with spandrel glass. The parking garage is constructed of precast concrete and includes 1,427 parking spaces. The property is designed in compliance with USGBC LEED prerequisites and credits needed to obtain LEED Gold certification.
